I’m Noel Crider, a Realtor® residing in Auburn, CA, in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, and the owner and author of this blog. I have been working in real estate for 5 years, representing buyers and sellers in Auburn and surrounding areas. Recently I have found a wonderful and enjoyable niche helping first-time home buyers take advantage of this much more affordable market. I love helping all kinds of buyers and sellers, and will go to the end of the earth for them!
Previous to real estate, I owned and operated a Mom ‘n Pop document scanning and electronic publishing business in Los Altos, CA. My family and I moved to Auburn in 2000 to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Area life. We truly love the foothills and all it has to offer in the way of great people and unbeatable outdoor activities. I am married to Lonnie, and mom to Barry (20), Brett (17) and Shelby (14).
My passion is real estate, and my pasttime is ice hockey, both playing and watching!
