Conventional 30 Year - 4.25%-4.375%
Conventional 15 Year - 3.625%-3.75%
FHA/VA 30 Year - 4.25%-4.375%
Jumbo Conventional - 30 Year 4.50%-4.625%
Investor 30 Year - 4.75%-5.0%
